There are many different stress-reducing supplements on the market, some of them are more effective than others, but all of them help to reduce stress, and can help you feel more relaxed, more confident, and more effective.
Here are my thoughts on which ones I have personally used, and which ones are the most effective for me to use.
The most effective stress-reducing supplement to use in the long run is called Green Tea. I have found it to be the most effective supplement I have used, as it works great to reduce stress, especially in the beginning stages of therapy. This has to be my most used stress-reducing supplement, so if I'm feeling stressed, I just drink a green tea.
What kind of stress-reducing supplement should I use to get rid of stress? Well, most stress relievers are good for the liver, so it makes sense to use a liver-friendly supplement. For example, if I'm really stressed out, I take a herbal supplement called Green Tea Extract or Green Tea Powder to help my liver function better. If I want to stop taking the stress relieving supplements I take at the same time, I just add Green Tea Extract to my drinking water before I go to bed.
